Privacy notice
Tron Exchange has no accounts and collects no identity data. This notice states exactly what is stored and where.
What is stored in your browser
Apart from the language cookie described below, the site stores only three things, in your browser's storage on your own device: a recovery record for each swap you start (the reviewed details, the addresses and the channel, so you can come back to the swap), your theme choice (light or dark), and your saved addresses, which are suggested again for the same network. The addresses of every swap you confirm are remembered this way; the trash icon next to a saved address (shown when you select an address field) forgets it. You can remove a saved swap on its status page and clear the rest in your browser settings.
Cookies
The site sets one essential cookie, named locale, and only when you choose a language with the language picker. It stores just the language code, for example nl, for one year, so that the start page opens in your language. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Requests to the swap service
To show estimates and run a swap, your browser sends the selected assets, the amount and your destination and refund addresses directly to the Chainflip broker service at https://chainflip-broker.io. These requests are needed to open and follow the swap. Swap details and addresses are recorded publicly on the blockchains involved.
Swap links
A swap link carries the swap details after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part to the web server, but anyone you share the link with can see the swap.
The web server
The server that delivers these pages processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and the requested page, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The details in a swap link never reach it.
What is never collected
No name, email address, phone number or identity documents. No analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
