Risk notice
Swapping digital assets carries risk. Read this before you send a deposit, together with the terms of use.
Prices change
Digital asset prices can move quickly. The amount you receive is an estimate and can be lower than shown. The lowest rate you accept limits the loss from a price move by refunding instead of swapping, minus network fees.
Transfers are final
Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed or cancelled. A deposit sent to the wrong address, in another asset or on another network may be lost.
Deposit addresses expire
Each deposit address works only until its channel expires at a fixed block. A deposit that arrives later may not be processed, and the funds can be lost.
Sending from an exchange account
Exchanges such as Binance or Coinbase can delay, batch or hold withdrawals and deduct fees. Send from a wallet you control, and never use a deposit address at an exchange as your refund address.
Refund limits
Refunds pay network fees and go only to the refund address you entered. A small deposit may not cover the fees of a refund.
Technology and third parties
Swaps depend on the Chainflip protocol, the broker service and the blockchains involved. Any of them can be delayed, fail or change. This site cannot speed up, reverse or recover a transaction.
Swap links are public
Anyone with your swap link can see the swap, its addresses and its amounts. Swaps and addresses are also public on the blockchain.
